Privacy Policy

Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, phone number, and any other details you enter when registering, listing a property, or contacting an agent. We also collect usage data (pages visited, search queries, property views) to improve our services.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and personalise the Regypt platform.
- To connect buyers, renters, and agents.
- To send relevant property alerts and notifications you have opted into.
- To improve search results and recommendations.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with agents you choose to contact, service providers who operate on our behalf, and authorities when required by law.
Cookies
Regypt uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and analyse traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function correctly.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, please reach out via our platform's support channels.
Page Speed Readings
To keep the site fast, about one in five page visits sends us anonymous speed measurements (how quickly the page loaded and responded). Each reading holds only the measurement, the type of page and its address without any search terms, whether you are on a phone or a computer, your connection type and the site language. It holds no name, account, phone number, cookie or IP address, and is never linked to you. Raw readings are deleted after 30 days; only daily totals are kept, for up to 16 months. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, no readings are taken.
How you found us
When you first open Regypt, your browser remembers — on your own device, not in a cookie — the first page you landed on, the website you came from (its name only, never the page or what you searched), and whether you came from a search engine, social media, an email, an ad or directly. Campaign tags in the link are kept; an ad click ID is noted only as "present", never its value. We keep the first visit for 90 days and the latest visit, and they are sent to us only together with a form or chat request you choose to send, so we know which pages bring people to us. Nothing else about you is added. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, none of this is stored or sent; clearing your browser's site data removes it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform.
